FAQ: Shipping


What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

Orders ship within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will receive your order based on the shipping method you selected upon checkout.

Shipping rates vary depending on the total weight of your package. The final shipping cost is displayed upon check out. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

*Orders with invalid addresses or issues capturing the payment will require additional processing time.

My package was lost. What now?

Just like anything else, mail carriers are not 100% accurate. Please confirm the shipping address on your order is correct. If you have confirmed the shipping address, you may try:

  • Look for a "notice of attempted delivery" that is frequently left on your front door or mailbox and follow the directions on the notice
  • Look around the delivery location for your package (mailbox, porch, front door, back yard)
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery (family members or neighbors)
  • Contact your local post office to see if they still have your package
  • Sometimes packages may say delivered up to 1 business day before arrival

If you have taken all steps above and are still unable to locate your package, reach out to us on the Contact page and we will do our best to assist you.

What countries do you not offer shipping to?

We currently do not operate or sell our products outside of the United States, however we will likely expand to Canada and Europe in the not-so-distant future.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information.

Can I upgrade my shipping speed after my order is placed?

Unfortunately, if your order has already entered the shipping process, we are unable to grant your modification/cancellation request. However, if you Contact Us as soon as possible after ordering, we will try our best to accomodate you.
